Carrie Manning – Lead Transaction Coordinator & Owner of 5280 File Management
A proven expert in real estate transaction management with significant knowledge and experience. During the last two decades, Carrie has implemented large-scale operations and fulfillment strategies, successfully managing real estate teams and assisting with their growth. In 2014, she took the systems and tools she created and started 5280 File Management. Carrie has been living in Colorado since 1993, originally from South Dakota. Though Real Estate is 24/7, Carrie finds the time to spend time with her family and friends. As well as to ride her motorcycle and enjoy the large music scene Denver has to offer.
Christie Weber – Office Manager
Christie achieved her Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from Chico State University then made an opportune move out to Colorado in 1995. Since then, her diverse career path has taken shape from solid experiences in real estate law, conference management, marketing, project coordination, and transaction coordination. These experiences form a unique skill set perfect for her role at 5280 File Management.
Throughout Christie’s career, she has proven increasingly adept in coaching, training, managing, and reporting. She is recognized as an outstanding team player, especially in high-impact customer service. Her sincere desire to conduct due diligence and provide positive results creates superb experiences for clients. You will find Christie to be helpful, organized, and courteous in any situation. As essential in the real estate business, her reliability, adaptability, and ability to problem-solve help make the 5280 File Management Team a success.
When not with the 5280 team, Christie is competing on the courts with her tennis team or enjoying hiking the trails of the Colorado mountains with her husband and friends. She likes the adventure of travel and finding new places almost as much as she enjoys spending time at home cooking for her teens and spoiling her pets.
Danika Pittenger – Compliance Manager
With 5 years of experience under her belt, Compliance Manager, Danika Pittenger keeps up with DORA requirements, ensuring that our files are compliant in Ctme and individual brokerage portals. She thrives on assisting others as well as creating systems and tools that guarantee our team’s efficiency. Before moving to Colorado, Danika studied Business/Event Management and Journalism at Iowa State University. As a humanitarian, she is always searching for new ways to give back to the community. Danika and her two young boys are very involved in music and love being outdoors with their two wonderful dogs who make great hiking companions. Her flexibility in both business and life make her an integral part of our team.
Aidan Johnson – Administrative Assistant
For the last eight years, Aidan has been working in the customer service field. Aidan joined the 5280 File Management team in 2017 and assists with customer service, and file organization. When Aidan isn’t working he enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, and building and upgrading computers.
Scott Manning – Billing
After completing over 20 years in the Army Scott settled down here in Colorado in 2016. He joined the 5280 File Management team that year working mainly in the billing and bookkeeping department. Scott is loving Colorado and enjoys spending time with his family exploring all it has to offer.
Bailey Burleson – Administrative Assistant
Bailey Burleson is a talented new addition to the 5280 File Management Team, quickly learning the many aspects of transaction coordination and compliance. Proving to be an expert in document management, Bailey provides substantial and necessary support for the Team. From Fort Worth, Texas, she moved to Oklahoma to study Theatre and Performance for 2 ½ years before transferring to the University of Colorado Denver to pursue a Recording Arts Degree. In her free time, you can find her painting, singing, and producing music.
